SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, with exception of Swiss public holidays. If you place your order  during business hours  it will  be shipped on the next day.

Switzerland:  Orders made within Switzerland are shipped with the Swiss postal service and usually take 2-3 working days.

International:  ACHTUSIG® uses the Swiss Post as their shipping partner for international orders. Once the package has left Switzerland, the local Post of the final address delivers the package.

Swiss Post & Int. Post time is between 7-14 days for:

-Europe

-North America

-South America

-Middle East

-Asia

-Australia

-Africa

Returns

Refunds or exchange only in case of undamaged and unworn returned products. Items must be returned for exchange within 7 days of date of arrival. The returns shipping charge from the client back to the warehouse is covered by the client. The returns shipping charge from the warehouse back to the client (with the new/correct product) is covered by ACHTUSIG®.

We can not accept returns of worn, washed or damaged products.
